Kiara Caudill is CEO of My Annuity Store, Inc. Her husband, Jason Caudill, founded the company in 2020 to give retirees independent, transparent access to fixed annuity products from more than 90 top-rated carriers.

Kiara brings a non-traditional background to retirement services. She holds a Master's degree in mental health counseling and remains a licensed mental health counselor in active clinical practice. That clinical training shapes how MAS approaches client communication: clearly, patiently, and without pressure. Retirement decisions are emotional as well as financial, and Kiara built the company's client-experience standards around that reality.

Why MAS Exists

Jason's annuity career predates MAS by two decades, but securities-licensing rules in the broker-dealer channel meant he could not sell online directly. Kiara co-founded the company so the operating entity could pursue the independent, digital-first model the industry needed. Today MAS distributes fixed annuities only, with a published editorial process, transparent rate comparisons, and a refusal to sell variable products that do not fit a conservative retirement plan.

Kiara's clinical background continues to inform how the company trains its licensed agents and how MAS reviews every piece of consumer-facing guidance before publication.
